To be clear, do not use the Biere du Desert Stong Ale to quench your thirst while you do sport activities, a good bottle of water it’s better.
But I must admit that to be a strong ale flavor, is pretty fresh.
We’re talking about Biere du Desert Strong Ale , which compared to “normal” version earns a degree and a lot of taste .
Poured into the glass it has a deep yellow color and a light lather , not abundant but persistent.
It smells a little and smells of beer , you feel a little bit of hops and malt , and you understand that it does not want to impress with special effects.
It’s strong point it is in fact the rich taste that is felt by drinking it , the Biere du Desert Strong Ale is not a beer dense , it’s made to be drank well .
At first it feels quite bitter hops , then the alcohol takes hold and remains as strong piece until mid aftertaste that turns then into malt sweetness .
There remains a sense of freshness in the mouth , very nice that makes you forget its 7.2 degrees.
To drink alone without food, served not too cold on 5-6 degrees when you are thirsty and you do not want something as strong as Biere du Demon .
